Our EPT Day Training Program is a unique program designed for families who want to be a part of the training process and at the same time have their dog benefit from a full day of intense immersion training. Ideally these training days are scheduled at least twice a week for maximum training benefit.
The program also includes one 30 minute one-on-one session with a trainer at drop off on Day #1 and one 30 minute session with a trainer at drop off on Day #10. There are shorter sessions each day at pick up reviewing your dog's progress and the homework for the next session.
Structured Day Training will first focus on the three basic commands; Don't Pull on My Leash, Lay Down and Come Back When You're Called. Then we will introduce higher level distractions and ranch pack walks to bomb proof the desired behavior.
We will introduce and do the initial training followed by the family continuing the training at home between program days. You will be provided with homework including a checklist and videos to help guide you through the week.
A single day in our EPT Day Program consists of structured one-on-one training, supervised play, trail hikes and water play (warmer months only). Supervised socialization with other dogs, humans, and farm animals, on pack hikes and during daily activities. The ranch provides a host of outside stimuli and distractions enabling our trainers to identify and work out areas needing improvement. Every opportunity it a training opportunity during their full day here at the ranch.
Each pup is assigned their own kennel with private courtyard for their own peaceful space during the day.
Our trainers will review your pup’s behavior and address with you the areas needing focus, if any.

Our Hybrid Training Program combines our High-Level Obedience Training with the Board & Train program. This program provides the benefits of immersion training for 3 weeks but also give the parent(s) the opportunity to be an integral part of the training following the Board & Train.
The Hybrid Training Program begins with the 3 weeks of Board & Train with (3) one-on-one sessions with our trainer and the parent(s) and family. These sessions are strategically scheduled for integrating into the training program for maximum benefit. They are end of week 2, at drop off and one week after drop off.
Following week 2, we will reunite you and your pup, train you how to handle and continue successfully training at home. Homework will be given, and we are available via email or phone if any issues or questions arise in between sessions.
Drop off is a 90 minute session with Ricky at your home. The is highly beneficial to for us to see firsthand how the dog reacts once back in the home environment.
The final one-on-one session is one week after drop-off. This enables us to learn the successes and difficulties encountered during the week.
While your pup is with us:
The Hybrid Training program is not designed for pups that are displaying severe behavioral issues. Severe behavioral issues need more than three weeks of immersion training; anything less is setting your pup up for failure. The program consists of 3 consecutive weeks of board & train, three one-on-one training sessions, including drop off at your home with you and your pup, plus a training manual.
*Food and e-collar not included
$3,150 per dog
*4 Months and older
Here we are teaching Hope that when she comes back to us, she gets rewarded. Instead of giving her commands, we are showing her that she can move away and come back to us.
